Cypripedium fasciolatum

Cypripedium fasciolatum, belonging to the Cypripedium genus in the Orchidaceae family, is a perennial herbaceous plant under national second-class protection. The entire plant is used in traditional medicine, with diuretic, swelling-reducing, wind-dispelling, dampness-removing, blood-activating, and pain-relieving effects. Its flowers are unique and brightly colored, possessing high horticultural value. It is distributed in sparse forests, shrubbery on hillsides, or grassy slopes at elevations of 2,000 to 2,600 meters in Shennongjia.
